NOW, ESL Randall's Cyber Listening Lab appear. This website really surprise me, because in NTCB PTF have the graduation threshold: TOEIC 450 up, and my English speaking and listening ability is poor.
I have thought about tutoring, but my family economic is not allow. I also have thought about ordering English magazine, but just think not to achieve it. So, I am very happy when the teacher say : if you listen theme twice a day , your English listening ability will improve.
I really listen every day , and I always listen repeatedly let me really know what the dialogue speaking.

English proficiency is required for long-term accumulation, so I will never give up.
